A 15L drum is mostly water.
Liquid detergent is up to 90 percent water, fillers and stabilisers, shipped in heavy drums, stacked in a back of house where every square metre counts, and free-poured at three to five times the dose the job needs. Solid Pro strips all of that out. One capsule of active chemistry replaces five 15L drums, the water gets added on site from the tap, and the dispenser sets the dose so it cannot drift from shift to shift.

Every dish and glass machine on the program runs the same sequence. Scrap and soak at the sink with Shamrock, pre-soak baked-on protein and starch with BrightSoak, wash with BrightPower dosed straight into the machine from a solid bowl, and rinse with BrightRinse for a streak-free, fast-drying finish with no hand polishing. Sites with aluminium or soft-metal ware run BrightSafe in place of BrightPower. Every machine is titrated on every service visit and the result goes into your report.

The surface products come off a wall-mounted solid dispenser into colour-coded spray bottles and mop buckets, so the front of house, the bar and the prep bench all get the right product at the right dilution. BioWash is a solid floor cleaner dosed into the mop bucket by the same dispenser, so the floor gets the same dilution whether it is the head chef or the new starter filling the bucket. No drums under the sink, no measuring, no slippery residue from overdosing.

GreaseRelease is built for ovens, grills and hot plates, lifting baked-on carbon without the caustic splash risk of a liquid. Score is the hard-surface degreaser for hoods, canopies, walls and equipment exteriors. Both dispense at a set dilution, with the method, PPE and SDS on the wall beside them.

That is the point. A solid cannot be glugged, squeezed, poured or decanted into an unlabelled bottle; it has to go through the dispenser, and the dispenser sets the dose. We fit a wall-mounted multi-purpose dispenser for sinks and buckets, a ready-to-use unit for spray and mop solutions at the point of use, and solid dosing bowls integrated into each dish and glass machine. All of it is supplied free on loan with a chemical supply agreement, with no plumbing and no capital outlay.

A capsule weighs a couple of kilos instead of a 15L drum, cannot splash, and staff never touch concentrated chemical. Back strain, eye injuries and skin irritation from decanting go away with the drums.
The dispenser meters the exact dose every time, so nothing goes down the drain that did not need to. You control your cleaning cost to the cent, and the titration record proves it.

On each service visit we titrate every dish and glass machine, check every dispenser, count the capsules and record it all. You get a monthly report by site showing what passed, what was corrected and what was replaced. If something drifts out of range, we fix it on the spot and it shows in the report.
