Cleaner Future began as a family business supplying the automotive trade, making chemicals locally for dealerships and rental fleets that needed product made properly and delivered on time. The move into hospitality was not a strategy. It was a return.
Our founder's first ever job was washing dishes in a restaurant kitchen, and he spent his early working life in hospitality before moving into sales and marketing. He knew what a busy service looked like from the dish pit, and he knew what a supplier looked like from the loading dock.

Alex started Cleaner Future because he saw a gap nobody in the industry was closing. The global chemical companies had the chemistry and the expertise, but the service that came with it was thin: a rep every few months, a drum at the door, and a phone number that rang out on a Saturday. The local suppliers had the service but not the chemistry or the systems. Venues were being asked to choose between the two.
Cleaner Future was built to be both: the chemistry and the people from the global companies, inside a business built around service. Global-standard chemistry and dispensing, formulated and manufactured here, with the kind of service you only get from a business that answers its own phone. Alex came to it as a young entrepreneur with a sales and marketing background rather than a chemistry one, and that shaped the company. It was built around the customer's operation first, and the product was made to fit it.

Our team came from the chemical companies you already know. They arrived with the chemistry, the equipment knowledge and years of walking kitchens, laundries and housekeeping floors. What they did not have was a business that let them do the job properly: time on site, the authority to fix a problem the day they found it, and a company that measures service rather than just sales.
