cleanspacepro

Guest rooms, amenities and public spaces covered off one wall. Floor, glass, bathroom and air care, colour coded, dispensed at the right dilution, and the finishing touches guests actually notice.

Guests do not notice a clean room. They notice what is wrong with it.

A mouldy grout line, a smeared mirror, a dull tap, a bathroom that smells of the last guest rather than nothing at all. Housekeeping is judged on the details, and the details go wrong when a trolley is loaded from whatever was under the sink. Clean Space Pro puts the whole room under one program: four core products off a wall-mounted dispenser into colour-coded bottles, the specialty products for the finishing touches, and a wall chart so a new housekeeper cleans the room the same way the best one does.

Guest satisfaction

Cleanliness is the first thing a guest scores.

Every booking platform asks the guest to rate cleanliness on its own, and it is the score they answer with the least hesitation. A room can have a good bed, a good view and a good breakfast, and one hair in the shower or a smell in the corridor still writes the review. Cleanliness is also the score a guest checks before they book, so a low one costs you the next guest as well as the last one.

Clean Space Pro is built to move that number. The same products in the same colour-coded bottles on every trolley, a wall chart that turns a good housekeeper's method into everyone's method, and specialty products for the details that get noticed. Consistency is what lifts a cleanliness rating, and consistency is what a program gives you that a cupboard of chemicals does not.

Same room, every time

Colour-coded bottles and one method on the wall, so the standard does not change with the roster.

The details guests review

Grout, mirrors, taps and odour handled with purpose-built products, not a general cleaner.

Fewer complaints, fewer comps

Rooms that pass first inspection mean fewer re-cleans, fewer moves and fewer refunds.

A score you can show

Service reports give the operations manager evidence behind the rating, not a hope.

Limescale, soap scum and the toilet

The bathroom is where a review is written.

Power takes on limescale and soap scum in showers, basins and tiled areas with real strength, as a cleaner and disinfectant in one, so the bathroom is clean and sanitised in a single pass. Shimmer is the toilet and urinal cleaner: a thick, gentle acidic formula that clings to the bowl, disinfects and deodorises, and is safe on porcelain, stainless and the surrounding surfaces. Both are colour coded to the bathroom zone so they never end up on a benchtop.

Floors, benches and general surfaces

One neutral cleaner for the whole room.

Scrub is a pH-neutral all-purpose cleaner, dispensed into a mop bucket for floors or a spray bottle for benches, doors, skirtings, furniture and any surface that just needs to be clean without being attacked. Neutral means it lifts everyday soil without stripping sealers, dulling polished stone or marking painted and laminate finishes, so a lobby floor or a guest room desk looks the same after a hundred cleans as it did after the first. It is the workhorse of the trolley: the product a housekeeper reaches for when nothing on the surface calls for a specialist.

Mirrors, windows and glass tables

No streaks, no second wipe.

Glimmer is a super-concentrated glass and surface cleaner, three times stronger than a standard glass spray, dispensed into its own colour-coded bottle. Mirrors, windows, glass tables and shower screens come up streak-free in one pass. It is the same product the kitchen program uses, so a venue running both keeps one glass cleaner on site.

The room should smell of nothing

Remove the odour. Do not cover it.

Mountain Air uses microbicides to eliminate the bacteria that cause odour, rather than masking them with perfume, and leaves a light, fresh fragrance behind. Bathrooms, bins, corridors and rooms after a long stay all get the same treatment. The guest walks into a room that smells clean, not scented.

Specialty · attention to detail

The difference between clean and cared for.

Four ready-to-use products for the jobs a general cleaner does not do properly. Flare is a non-scratch cream cleanser with a citrus-scented mild abrasive that lifts grease, oil and grime from enamel, tile, stainless and chrome without corroding the metal or leaving an odour. Mouldy targets mould at the source in grout and sealant, and its detergent additive leaves the surface clean rather than bleached over. Sparkle cleans and polishes timber, metal, hard plastics and stainless steel to a showroom finish that lasts. Shimmer, from the bathroom, rounds out the set.

Dispensed, not poured

Every bottle on the trolley came off the wall.

The four core products are filled from a wall-mounted dispenser at the housekeeping store into printed, colour-coded bottles with matching triggers. Nobody decants, nobody guesses the dilution, and an empty bottle goes back to the wall rather than under a tap. The specialty products come ready to use in their own labelled bottles and sit in their own slot on the trolley.

On the wall

The method is on the wall, not in someone's head.

Every housekeeping store gets a printed wall chart showing the product, its colour, dilution, contact time and method, with a QR code to a short video in the languages your team speaks. A Safety Data Sheet station sits beside the chemicals, kept current by us. New staff can be inducted online through our chemical safety induction, with a certificate at the end for your records.

Measured, not assumed

Every dispenser, every bottle, every visit.

On each service visit we check the dispenser calibration, test-strip the disinfectant bottles on the trolleys, check stock and the wall chart, and record it all. You get a monthly report by site. If a dispenser drifts or a bottle reads zero, it is fixed on the spot and it shows in the report.
