purewashpro
Precision-dosed commercial laundry for aged care, hotels and venues. The right chemical at the right point in the cycle, every load, with the machine doing the measuring and us checking the linen itself.
Linen touches skin. The dose has to be right.
Laundry chemistry works by swinging the wash alkaline to lift soil and then bringing it back to neutral before the linen leaves the machine. Get the dose wrong in either direction and the residue stays in the fabric. Too alkaline and a resident wakes up with itchy, burning skin from their own sheets. Too acidic and it does the same thing from the other side. Nobody sees it in the laundry, because the linen looks clean. They see it on the skin.
Pure Wash Pro puts the chemistry under Cleaner Future's precision dosing system so every load gets the formula written for it, and then we test the linen, not just the machine. A pH indicator drop on finished linen tells us in seconds whether the wash came out neutral. If it did not, we correct the pump on the spot.
Indicator drops on finished linen, every service visit.
Each pump checked against the washer it feeds.
Sheets, towels, table linen and foul loads each get their own.
With a chemical supply agreement. No capital outlay.

Service and reporting
Every pump, every formula, every sheet.
We test the sheet, not the drum.
The proof of a laundry program is not in the chemical store, it is in the fabric. On every service visit we take finished linen off the trolley and put pH indicator drops on it. The colour tells us whether the wash finished neutral, still alkaline from the break and detergent, or over-soured. From there we trace it back: a pump that has drifted, a formula that needs more rinse, a neutralising dose that is too high or too low. We correct it, run a load, and test again. It goes in the report with the reading.
That is the difference between a laundry that looks clean and a laundry that is safe against skin.
Read on the linen in seconds, traced back to the pump, recorded in your monthly report.
The machine does the measuring.
We install and program the dosing system to suit the laundry, from a single washer to a bank of them in an on-premise laundry. Each pump is calibrated to the washer it feeds, each formula is written to the system, and nobody on the floor pours chemical again. It is supplied free on loan with a chemical supply agreement, and it is checked and recalibrated on every service visit.

Multi-washer dosing in an on-premise laundry, with Break, Bolt, Oxy and Soft racked underneath.

Compact dosing for a smaller laundry, same chemistry, same calibration.
Every load runs the formula written for it.
Sheets, towels, table linen, chef whites, and foul or infectious loads in aged care all need a different formula. We write each one into the dosing system: the break to lift heavy soil, the detergent wash, the oxygen bleach to whiten and sanitise, the neutralising rinse to bring the pH back into range, and the softener on the final rinse. The operator selects the program. The system doses it. The pH test confirms it.
Break. Bolt. Oxy. Soft.
Four concentrates, racked under the dosing system and never poured. Together they cover every formula in the laundry, from a light towel wash to a foul load.
Break.Alkaline break for heavy soil
Bolt.Laundry liquid detergent
Oxy.Oxygen bleach, whitens and sanitises
Soft.Fabric softenerBuilt for the loads that have to be right.
Aged care laundries handle foul and infectious linen every day, on residents whose skin is thinner and more fragile than most. The audit trail matters as much as the result. Pure Wash Pro runs dedicated formulas for foul and infectious loads, and the linen is pH tested so what comes back to the resident is neutral against their skin. When the accreditation assessor asks how the laundry sanitises linen and how you know it is safe, the answer is written down.
Overdosing wears linen out. Underdosing washes it twice.
Too much alkali and bleach greys and thins linen and shortens its life. Too little and the load goes back through, doubling the water, energy and labour for that wash. Precision dosing hits the band every time, so rewash rates drop and linen replacement slows down. Both show up in your report.
Less water, lower temperatures, shorter cycles.
Formulas written for the soil, not for the worst case, mean fewer rinses, lower wash temperatures where the chemistry allows, and shorter cycles. That is water, gas and electricity you are not paying for, and machine hours you get back.
The neutralising step is dosed, not rinsed out.
Chemistry does the work heat used to.
Machine hours back for the next load.
Every pump, every formula, every sheet.
On each service visit we check pump calibration, titrate the wash, pH test finished linen, review the formulas, check chemical stock and record it all. You get a monthly report by site showing dose accuracy, pH results, rewash rate and any corrections made. If a pump drifts, we fix it on the spot and it shows in the report.
