Radiant is the machine dishwashing detergent for venues on hard water. It is a highly alkaline, low foaming liquid built for automatic dishwashers, with extra sequestrants that tie up the calcium and magnesium in hard water so metallic soaps and scale don't build up on the machine or leave a film on the ware. Grease and dried-on food lift easily, crockery and cutlery come out bright, and a corrosion inhibitor helps extend the life of the washer.

Chlorine and phosphate free. If your site is on soft or town water, Zip is the same job at a lower alkalinity.
